Food Hygiene (1 day)
The Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate is a first level qualification in Food Hygiene and is nationally recognised in all areas of the food industry. The certificate is awared to participants who have successfully completed the Elementary Food Hygiene Course and subsequent assessment. At this level, hazard analysis and the implementation of food safety systems based on HACCP principals is incorporated into the course content.
